My Goal

To help individuals in the grip of anxiety and stress to reduce or even eliminate their stress and help them cope better with stress and anxiety in the future.

They end up thinking (wrongly) that things will never get better.

How I can support you

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, FasterEFT, Coaching and EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, together form a short-term therapy that teaches you how to cope with the emotional, mental and physical aspects of your life. You will be able to handle anxiety and stress better. You will be able to function much better again.
