The functioning of the body and all its possible interactions is something that has always appealed to me. I therefore studied biomedical sciences at KU Leuven where I discovered more about nutrition and the scientific influence of nutrition on the body. My interest in nutrition and the body continued to grow so I did a master’s thesis on ‘nutritional education in women with gestational diabetes’. I then decided to focus more on nutrition and dietetics after my studies. Moreover, with the knowledge I gained during my master’s thesis, I coached women after pregnancy towards a more balanced recovery through a healthy lifestyle. Today, I complete my knowledge around nutrition and the body by deepening my knowledge of Traditional Chinese Therapy to offer a more holistic approach.
