In practice

The aim of our dietician Kelly is to improve your general health in terms of nutrition and lifestyle. With the help of an in-depth discussion and a nutritional analysis, she will work with you to find an optimal diet, tailored to your needs. This way, you will also strengthen your body’s self-healing capacity.

During the first session, your eating habits and lifestyle are analysed. Achievable goals are then set. During the following session, your evolution is evaluated. At each exchange moment, you will receive the necessary tools to get started.

The result is:
More energy and better resistance, weight loss (or depending on demand also weight gain), healthier digestion, reduction of chronic complaints/pain.
